Interactive sessions and real-time examples helped improve understanding of IMS, documentation, risk-based thinking, and compliance expectations across both sites.

We sincerely appreciate the two-day Internal Auditor Training programme, which proved to be an invaluable learning experience. The training was well-structured and comprehensively covered ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards in a clear and practical manner. The detailed explanation of audit planning, execution, reporting, non-conformities, and corrective action processes, supported by practical examples, significantly enhanced our understanding and application of integrated management systems in daily operations.
